Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
- Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Cancellation Policy
Service Appointments:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
- Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled, but a prorated refund may be offered depending on the remaining duration of the subscription.
3. Refund Policy
Digital Products:
- Non-Refundable: Digital products such as downloadable content, reports, or personalized readings are non-refundable once delivered.
Physical Products:
- Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Services:
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss a resolution or refund.
4. Process for Refunds
